Basic Package

Basic Package : Starting at $2000 for Hall A; $2600 for Hall B and $3500 for Hall C

  • Hall Rental (Rental rate is based off of guest number and hall selection)

  • (6 ft ) Round tables

  • (8 ft ) Rectangle tables

  • Up to 4 Hi-boy tables

  • Up to 2 (4 ft ) Round tables

  • Gold banquet chairs

  • Warming kitchen (For Hall B and C only)​

  • Free parking on-site for guests

  • We will provide you with access to our preferred vendor list

  • 1.5 Hours of Event Set-up

  • 4 Hours of Event Time

  • .5 Hour of Clean Up Time

  • 1-Bartender for 4 hours​ (Need 1 at every 100 people)

  • Alcohol Exposure Fee included

  • Security Guard for 5 Hours

  • Cleaning Fee included​

  • Final walk through meeting with the venue manager

  • Hall A only available except Saturday.

  • *Extra set-up time: $100 an hour

  • *Extra event time: $250 an hour

  • *Additional Bartender charge for more than 100 people.

  • *Extra Set Up Fee $200 (One time based on floor plan)
